Information about our shareholder benefit program
We have introduced a shareholder benefit program to express our gratitude to our shareholders for their constant support. The program is also intended to enhance shareholder understanding about our business through increased familiarity with our products and services. We also hope it will make investment in our shares more attractive and encourage mid- and long-term shareholders.
(1) Eligible shareholders
Shareholders holding 100 shares (1 trading unit) or more of the Company’s stock entered or recorded in the Company’s Register of Shareholders as of the record date, which is the end of March each year, are eligible. Benefits will be delivered to shareholders in the form of shareholder vouchers enclosed in the notice of convocation of a general meeting of shareholders that we send out in early June each year.
* Shareholder vouchers are valid from the time they are presented (June each year) until the end of June of the following year.
(2) Shareholder benefits
Shareholders receive shareholder vouchers, according to the number of shares held. These vouchers are exclusively for use by shareholders shopping on the Company’s official online store A PROP https://aprop.jp/.

Terms of use
- ● Vouchers are exclusively for use by shareholders shopping on the Company’s official online store A PROP https://aprop.jp/.
- ● When shopping on A PROP, shareholders can use one voucher against the value of one purchase (total amount of EC card payment). Each voucher can only be used once. The same voucher cannot be applied multiple times.
- ● Vouchers cannot be redeemed at Anytime Fitness gyms or The Bar Method studios.
- ● The discount cannot be combined with other coupons or offers.
- ● Other important information about the use of the shareholder vouchers will be provided at the time the vouchers are presented.
